We would like to introduce a case where we manufactured a "die-cast product heat-resistant belt conveyor." Die-cast products are typically around 400°C when removed from the die-casting machine, so stainless steel mesh belts are commonly used for transportation, considering heat resistance. However, in cases where there is concern about scratches on the products or for high-precision and high-design products, mesh belts may be avoided, and heat-resistant belts like the one used in this case may be employed. This time, we manufactured a heat-resistant belt using aramid fibers based on "SWM."
